Day 1: Arrival in New York City

Arrive in New York City, famously known as the “Big Apple” and “The City That Never Sleeps.” A global center for finance, fashion, culture, and entertainment, New York has influenced the world for over a century. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to recover from travel.

Day 2: New York City Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a guided city tour of New York covering its most iconic landmarks.

Statue of Liberty

One of the most powerful symbols of freedom and democracy in the world, the Statue of Liberty stands proudly on Liberty Island. Visitors take a scenic ferry ride across New York Harbor, enjoying spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline along the way. The statue represents hope and opportunity, especially for the millions of immigrants who arrived in America seeking a better life.

Empire State Building (86th Floor Observatory)

An iconic skyscraper and symbol of New York City, the Empire State Building offers breathtaking panoramic views from its 86th-floor observatory. From the top, you can see Central Park, the Statue of Liberty, and the sprawling city skyline. The experience is especially magical at sunset or at night when the city lights sparkle below.

Wall Street

Located in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, Wall Street is the heart of global finance. It is home to the New York Stock Exchange, the world’s largest stock exchange. The area symbolizes economic power and global markets, with historic buildings and the famous Charging Bull nearby.

US National September 11 Memorial & Museum

Commonly known as Ground Zero, this solemn and moving memorial honors the nearly 3,000 victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks. Two large reflecting pools sit in the footprints of the original Twin Towers, with the victims’ names engraved around them. It is a place of remembrance, reflection, and respect.

Rockefeller Center

A famous entertainment and business complex in Midtown Manhattan, Rockefeller Center is home to television studios, shops, restaurants, and seasonal attractions. In winter, it features the iconic ice-skating rink and Christmas tree. Visitors can also enjoy city views from the Top of the Rock observation deck.

Central Park

United Nations Headquarters

Located along the East River, the United Nations Headquarters is the center of international diplomacy. Representatives from countries around the world meet here to discuss global peace, security, and cooperation.

Trump Tower

A luxury skyscraper on Fifth Avenue, Trump Tower is known for its distinctive glass façade and high-end residences, offices, and shops. It has also served as a prominent political and business landmark.

Day 3: New York – Washington D.C.

Distance: Approx. 225 miles By road: ~5–6 hours

Travel to Washington D.C., the capital of the United States and the center of American political history. After hotel check-in, explore the city.

White House

The White House is the official residence and workplace of the President of the United States. This historic mansion has been home to every U.S. president since John Adams. Located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, it symbolizes American leadership and government. While public tours require advance arrangements, visitors can view it from outside the gates and take photos.

US United States Capitol

The Capitol Building is the seat of the U.S. Congress, where laws are created. Its magnificent white dome is one of the most recognizable symbols of democracy in the world. Inside are the Senate and House of Representatives chambers. Guided tours allow visitors to explore its historic halls and learn about American government.

Lincoln Memorial

This iconic monument honors President Abraham Lincoln. Inside sits a towering statue of Lincoln, with his famous speeches engraved on the walls. The memorial overlooks the Reflecting Pool and has been the site of historic events, including Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech.

Supreme Court of the United States Building

The Supreme Court is the highest judicial authority in the country. The grand marble building stands opposite the Capitol and represents justice and constitutional law. Visitors can attend public lectures and, when in session, observe court proceedings.

Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum

One of the most popular museums in the world, this Smithsonian Museum showcases historic aircraft, spacecraft, satellites, and even moon rocks. Visitors can see the Wright brothers’ plane, Apollo command modules, and many other aviation and space exploration achievements.

Washington Monument

This towering white obelisk honors George Washington, the first U.S. president. Standing over 555 feet tall, it offers panoramic views of the National Mall from the top. It is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Washington, D.C.

The Pentagon

Headquarters of the U.S. Department of Defense, the Pentagon is one of the largest office buildings in the world. Located just outside Washington, D.C., it plays a central role in national defense operations.

National World War II Memorial

Located between the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument, this memorial honors the 16 million Americans who served in World War II. Its fountains and pillars create a powerful tribute to courage and sacrifice.

Union Station

Union Station is a historic train station known for its grand architecture and high arched ceilings. Beyond transportation, it features shops, restaurants, and beautiful interior design, making it both a transit hub and tourist attraction.

Day 4: Washington D.C. – Buffalo – Niagara Falls (USA Side)

Distance:  Approx. 400 miles || Travel Time: By road: ~8–9 hours ||By flight: ~1.5 hours

Proceed to Buffalo, en route to Niagara Falls, one of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders, known for its immense power and scenic beauty. Check in at your hotel near the falls.

Day 5: Niagara Falls

Experience the thrilling Maid of the Mist boat ride, taking you close to the roaring American Falls and Horseshoe Falls (seasonal). Feel the mist and witness nature’s raw power.

Distance:  Approx. 800 miles || Travel Time: By flight: ~2.5 hours

Tour Notes

  1. Valid roaming / What’s App contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and for other needed services.
  2. For all passengers’ comfort, we request travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
  3. For air travel, please check baggage quantity and size with your airline.
  4. Check-in time at the Hotel is 4 p.m., while the check-out is 11 a.m.
  5. Porterage/Baggage Handling is not included in the tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay for it themselves.
  6. The standard room has a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast, if applicable. The passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the Hotel. (American Hotels has two Beds in one room at maximum.)
  7. Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
  8. We have a few locations where restaurants are within walking distance of the Hotel. Seating Arrangements on the bus will be first come, first served.
  9. The coach size will vary depending on the number of passengers. It can be a 15-seater, 25-seater, 30-seater, or 55-seater. For van tours with fewer than 15 passengers, we will have a Driver who will act as a Tour leader.
