  • Hotel Accommodations: Specific hotels are subject to change based on availability, especially during citywide events. We will substitute a hotel of a similar class if necessary.
  • Transportation Delays:We are not responsible for delays or schedule changes in flights, trains, buses, or cruises. Any additional expenses incurred due to such delays are the passenger’s responsibility, and we reserve the right to claim these costs.
