Part 1: Egypt - Pharaohs & The Nile
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
- Important Place – Cairo: A sprawling metropolis where ancient wonders meet vibrant modern life. Known as the “City of a Thousand Minarets,” its skyline is dominated by Islamic architecture, while beneath its streets lie the secrets of pharaohs.
- Arrive at Cairo International Airport (CAI). Meet our representative for assistance, then your Tour Manager after customs.

Day 2: Pyramids, Museum & Bazaar
Distances: Giza Plateau: ~11 miles from central Cairo.

Day 3: Excursion to Alexandria
Distance: Cairo to Alexandria: ~143 miles (one way, ~3 hrs drive).
- Important Place – Alexandria: Founded by Alexander the Great, this Mediterranean port city was the Hellenistic center of learning and culture. Its history is a blend of Greek, Roman, and Egyptian influences, reflected in its coastal ruins and European-style architecture.
- Full Day Tour: Drive to Alexandria. Visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa (a Roman necropolis), the Roman-era Pompey’s Pillar, and the well-preserved Roman Theatre. See the Citadel of Qaitbay (from outside) built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse.
- Return to Cairo after a local lunch.

Day 4: Fly to Aswan - High Dam & Philae Temple - Cruise Embarkation
Flight: Cairo to Aswan: ~535 miles.

- Morning: Fly to Aswan. Visit the Aswan High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk.

Day 5: Abu Simbel Temples - Sail to Kom Ombo
Distance: Aswan to Abu Simbel: ~174 miles (one way, early morning convoy).
- Important Place – Abu Simbel: The monumental rock-cut temples of Ramses II, relocated in a heroic UNESCO effort to save them from Lake Nasser. - Morning: Very early excursion to Abu Simbel to see the Great Temple of Ramses II and the Temple of Hathor for Queen Nefertari.
- Afternoon: Return to cruise for lunch. Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus.
- Continue sailing to Edfu.

Day 6: Edfu Temple - Sail to Luxor

Day 7: Disembark - Luxor's East & West Banks
- Distances: Sites are spread on both banks of the Nile in Luxor.

Day 9: Amman City Tour

Day 11: Wadi Rum to Petra - Then to the Dead Sea
Distances: Wadi Rum to Petra: ~68 miles. Petra to Dead Sea: ~149 miles.
- Important Place – Petra: The “Rose-Red City,” one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. This Nabatean capital, hidden in a canyon, is accessed through the narrow, towering Siq. The first glimpse of the iconic Treasury (Al-Khazneh) is an unforgettable travel moment. The site contains hundreds of elaborate tombs, temples, and a Roman-style theatre.
- Morning: Drive to Petra. Enter through the Siq and explore the ancient city, including the Treasury, the Street of Facades, and the Royal Tombs.
- Afternoon: After lunch, drive to the Dead Sea and check into your resort.

Day 12: Dead Sea - Madaba & Mt. Nebo – Return
Distances: Dead Sea to Madaba: ~31 miles. Madaba to Mt. Nebo: ~6 miles.

A. Changes to Itinerary & Services
- Itinerary Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter routes, attractions, or other details of the tour before or after booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, accidents, or logistical issues.
- Hotel Accommodations: Specific hotels are subject to change based on availability, especially during citywide events. We will substitute a hotel of a similar class if necessary.
- Transportation Delays:We are not responsible for delays or schedule changes in flights, trains, buses, or cruises. Any additional expenses incurred due to such delays are the passenger’s responsibility, and we reserve the right to claim these costs. Itineraries will be adjusted accordingly without additional compensation.
B. Payments & Pricing
- Payment Methods: All payments must be made by check, cashier’s check, or money order. Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee. Please email a copy of your payment confirmation.
- Price Fluctuations: The tour package price is subject to change due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, airline ticket price increases close to the departure date, or if the group size falls below 25 passengers (which may incur a 5-10% supplement).
- Airline Costs: Quoted airline rates are approximate and subject to change until fully booked. A deposit is required immediately to confirm airline reservations, as quotes can expire within 24 hours.
C. Cancellations, Refunds & Unused Services
Cancellation Fee: A fee of USD $100 per person will be applied to any cancellation, refund, or exchange request.
- Non-Refundable Services: Payments made for airline tickets are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for any unused portions of the tour (e.g., meals, entrance fees, hotels, sightseeing) due to unavoidable circumstances.
- No Refund for Delays:We are not liable for damages or refunds due to delays in air travel.
D. Group & Booking Details
Group Size: Tours require a minimum of 25 passengers to operate. Groups with fewer than 25 may be subject to a small-group supplement and may not have a dedicated tour manager upon arrival.
- Booking Advice: To secure the best price, we advise booking at least 60 days prior to departure, as internal ticket rates often increase closer to the travel date.
- Validity: Published packages and prices are only guaranteed for our fixed departure dates. Rates for other dates are subject to change based on availability and peak travel seasons.
E. Passenger Responsibilities & Information
- Travel to Hub City: Passengers are responsible for their own travel expenses to and from the tour’s starting point (hub city).
- Insurance: It is extremely important that you obtain comprehensive overseas travel insurance before your departure.
- Damages: You are financially responsible for any damage caused to hotels or coaches during your stay.
- Visa & Special Requests: Visa information is subject to change, and it is your responsibility to secure the necessary travel documents. Special requests with airlines (seating, meals, wheelchair assistance) are not guaranteed.
- Children: Passengers aged 12 and above are considered adults. Children aged 2-11 must share a room with an adult.
F. Hotel & Luggage Information
- Confirmation & Timing: Hotel confirmations and airline reservations will be provided 7-15 days prior to departure.
- Check-in/out: Standard hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Room Types: For triple rooms, a rollaway bed will be provided for the third person, and the room size may be the same as a standard double room.
- Event Blockouts: During major international events, we may need to accommodate guests in hotels outside the primary city, which may alter the itinerary.
- Luggage: We strongly recommend you limit your luggage to one medium checked bag (max 20 kg) and one carry-on bag (max 7 kg) per person, in accordance with coach and internal flight regulations.
